The first step in our branding services is to understand everything you offer. With this information, as well as exploring your aspirations, areas of success and things you would like to work better, we prepare your brand framework to form the basis for further development.

In the formative phase, we produce a model of how we see your brand currently and how we understand you see it. This is a collaborative phase to ensure that the final outcome is reflective of your vision for your climbing centre. Completing the Brand Modelling phase allows us to produce the ultimate tool for your brand, the brand guidelines.

Brand Guidelines

Your definitive guide for communicating your brand both internally and externally. We will produce an all-encompassing resource which will be used by everyone in the organisation, from managers to front-line staff as well as external contractors, to ensure consistency in communication no matter whether the method is verbal, digital or print.
